 Logistics

• We ship all size items including furniture from all over the world. 
• Pick-up and packing in-house with10 trucks in NY and a 10,000 sq. ft. crate shop located in Lynbrook, NY.
• White glove delivery and art installation available with our crew.
• We deliver throughout the United States.
• We have the same set up in our Los Angeles office, located in Downey. 

Highlights

• We offer a simple digital platform for your buyers with a single point of contact for direct payment and online shipment tracking including: easy credit card payment via our order or widget link, real-time tracking, and automatic notifications and rapid delivery.
• Our Partner Dashboard allows you to track all shipments confirmed by your customers by invoice number, auction site, lot description, etc. 
• We utilize in-house customs brokers to manage and audit all of our customs entries. We are a licensed TSA (Transportation Security Administration) operator in the US with DOT certification. 
• We provide full transit insurance of your goods against any type of risk from collection to final delivery,
• All collections are picked and packed by our teams domestically. All packing materials and packing protocols are tested and vetted in Paris before implemented in the US.
• All integrations from our widget product to full API are offered at no charge to you.  

Pricing

• We run shuttles along the East Coast from Boston to Washington D.C., and on the West Coast from Los Angeles to San Francisco and San Diego.
• We organize our operations by region. Each team or business unit is responsible for the Partners in their respective region. This enables us to maximize our collection capacity and keep our prices competitive. 

Service Levels

• Your account is managed by a dedicated supervisor responsible for quoting, collections management, escalations and questions. 
• Each of our VIP Partners have a made-to-measure SLA which allows us to provide accurate KPI on pricing, average time to delivery, claims, etc. 
• The KPIs are reviewed on a monthly basis so we can maintain service levels and work together to improve our time to delivery for your customers.
